TERMS OF USE

A clear agreement for a hands-on project.

What Campit provides

Campit provides a digital, measurement-based DIY planning guide. It uses the vehicle information and measurements you submit to calculate a modular platform starting plan, cut list, diagrams, and build sequence. Campit does not inspect your vehicle, materials, tools, workmanship, or finished installation.

Your measurements and fit checks

You are responsible for entering accurate information, repeating every measurement, making the required contour templates, and completing the unfinished in-vehicle fit checks before permanent assembly. Vehicle interiors can differ by model year, trim, options, repairs, and accessories. A plan is not a guarantee of exact fit without field adjustment.

Safety and permitted use

The platform is intended only for stationary camping use. No person may ride on it while the vehicle is moving. You are responsible for safe construction, progressive load testing, cargo restraint, legal compliance, and avoiding interference with airbags, batteries, vents, wiring, seats, belts, anchors, glass, controls, and emergency exits. Review the Campit build-safety page before purchasing or building.

Personal-use licence

Your purchased blueprint is licensed to you for one personal vehicle build. You may print working copies for that build and share the relevant pages with a contractor helping you. You may not resell, publish, redistribute, template, or use the guide to manufacture products for sale without written permission.

Digital delivery and problems

Delivery is made to the email address supplied at checkout. If a file does not arrive, is corrupted, or contains a calculation or technical delivery error, contact hello@campit.ca with the order number so Campit can re-deliver or correct it. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Limitation

DIY woodworking and vehicle modification involve risk. To the extent permitted by law, Campit is not responsible for damage or injury caused by inaccurate measurements, unsuitable materials, unsafe tool use, poor workmanship, overloading, unsecured modules or cargo, vehicle modification, or ignoring the guide's fit and safety checks.
